2027 GRANT YEAR

***Please see below for changes to our grant application process***

We will be accepting grant proposals for the 2027 grant year by invitation only.

The mission and areas of interest of McGraw Foundation are not changing.  However, in recent years, the foundation has seen a substantial increase in the number of grant proposals received and a corresponding increase in grant proposals that are declined.  As we have been operating under a tighter grant budget for the past few years, and expect that to continue indefinitely, we are not able to fund as many organizations as we would like.  We declined almost 80% of applications in 2024 and 2025.  Aware of the time and effort it takes to submit grant applications, we seek to relieve non-profits of this cost when funding so many grantees is impossible.

Invitations will be emailed to a select group of non-profit organizations in early November and will include application requirements.  If your organization has not received an invitation by December 1, 2026, and you would like to be considered for a 2027 grant, you may email a letter of inquiry (LOI) by December 15, 2026 (see below).
